Company Profile  Hirth Plumbing & Heating Company has been in continuous operation by the same family since 1904, providing prompt, professional and courteous service to our customers, family, friends and neighbors.  As our fourth generation of family leads us into the new future, we offer a strong team of talented technicians and varied services to fit most of your repair, remodeling or replacement needs in the home or work place to maintain your daily operations.  With over 100 years of service to our customers, "we are just getting started."   

Our Mission Is to exceed your expectations at every service opportunity by providing prompt, professional and courteous technicians to locate, properly diagnose and repair every plumbing, heating or cooling service need of our clients, family, friends and neighbors as they grow their families and businesses.

Our Service Technicians reside locally to respond promptly and efficiently to meet your service needs saving you valuable time and money.  Each service technician is uniformed in clearly marked trucks to allow you the comfort of knowing exactly who is pulling up to your residence or business.  The security of your family and home are as important to us as it is to you.  

Payment Information    We gladly accept credit cards, personal checks, money order or cash for completed services.  We have open charge accounts available and six (6) months same as cash on repairs or replacements that exceed $500.00 based on pre-approved credit applications.

Pricing Information All service work is completed by;

Our "Firm Dollar Pricing Plan" - where you pay by the job, not by the hour.  An efficient way to evaluate and quote the proposed work to allow you the customer to know the full price and approve it prior to any work being completed.

or

On a "Not-To-Exceed" basis - When there is a question as to existing conditions that require a portion of the work to be completed prior to being able to establish if concealed problems exist this pricing plans establishes a budget for the customer to know the maximum that will be paid with an accurate accounting of material and labor maintained with any savings going back to the customer.

or

On a "Time and Material" basis - When it is not possible to establish the problem until actual work or a portion of the work takes place (such as blocked drains) THIS IS REVIEWED WITH THE CUSTOMER AND APPROVED BY THE CUSTOMER BEFORE COMPLETING ANY WORK UNDER THIS FORMAT.

"YOU", the customer and our service technician will identify which method is best for "YOUR" individual service needs prior to any work being completed.

All worked performed per Hirth Plumbing & Heating Company's "Terms and Conditions" in designated service areas of St. Clair, Madison, Monroe, Jersey and Clinton Counties of Illinois. Some services are restricted to St. Clair and Madison Counties only at this time to maintain the quality of service you expect and we are determined to provide.   Hirth Plumbing & Heating Company retains the right to accept or reject any work order or request received from this site based on availability of man power, materials and scope of work.
