NO Lemon Guarantee - If the unexpected happens, and your unit has a compressor failure during the term of the System Assurance Guarantee, we will replace the entire condensing unit.  If the heat exchanger fails in the guarantee period, we will replace the furnace.  This removes your risk and gives you peace of mind on your decision.
